We believe that hearing from multiple perspectives leads to better search results - uncovering niche insights and hidden gems that you won't find in mainstream search results. Building a compelling consumer product is no easy feat. Unlike B2B, it demands a deep understanding of the needs of a large, diverse user base. Here are some tips to get it right 👇 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 Create a process to extract honest, actionable feedback. If direct interaction isn’t possible, ensure your product can gather feedback naturally from users. 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 Data is only valuable when distilled into meaningful insights. Aim to convert feedback into a few key metrics that accurately reflect your product’s performance. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 Metrics must align with your company’s vision. Traditional metrics, like total usage time, may not suit your goals and could lead to unwanted behavior. Focus on finding the metric that truly reflects the value you provide to users. The challenge is real, but the impact of creating a product that truly resonates with users and aligns with your vision is worth every effort! Credits to Bruce Wang for these valuable insights on building a compelling product. Thank you, Bruce! 💛 Having insights on building compelling consumer products? Please share below or DM me!

𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀. While many factors are beyond your control, speed is the one you can influence. Building a startup goes beyond writing code—it's about systematically increasing the company’s velocity. At Hachi AI, we measure progress through Milestones—each marking a critical product iteration that sharpens product-market fit and drives key insights. Over the last seven milestones, we've accelerated significantly, 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 6𝘅 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. The attached is the number of days we used to finish each milestone. We reduced it from 47 days per milestone to 7 days per milestone. Here are some key lessons we've learned: 1. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. At the early stages, if you and your co-founder aren't having at least 2 hours of discussion per day, it’s not sufficient. 2. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Startups should operate at a "chaotically" rapid pace, so perfect planning is not always feasible. Embrace the uncertainty and stay focused. 3. 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. Don’t just execute blindly—set aside time to refine and improve processes. Interested in learning what we are building at hachizone.ai? • Mark Zuckerberg sat down with Kallaway from Beacons and talked about the future of AI this week, "People want to interact with of different people and there need to be a lot of different AIs that reflect different people's interests" and frowned upon the idea of "a God AI" that does it all. This is the core of our belief at Hachi AI. We believe that your AI wingman should be diverse and interesting, and not one-size-fits-all.
